Please Note:Once the availability of the facilities you require have been confirmed by the administrators and booked provisionally you willhave 28 days to return a completed Booking Form together with your Hire Fee & Damage Deposit to secure the date as a confirmed booking. When a completed form or further contact has not been received by the administrators within the given period it may result in the date being released to the next enquirer. Please read this and all other Terms & Conditions which apply to hiring the facilities.

Once we confirm availability a completed Booking Form together with your Hire Fees & Damage Deposit is required to secure the date/s in your name. Simply click on the links and download option on the Form Page to view and print the full Booking Form together with the our standard terms and conditions of hire which apply to all lettings.
